Design Workspace

I've done this design for my workspace. It's done for my formation to post my exercises. So what do you think about it and what can I improve in the future ?

I'm lovin the color scheme! You did a great job, but there's a few things that could be improved.

The lens flare really distracts my eye. The human eye is attracted to, in order:

1. Motion
2. Brightness
3. Perspective convergence

The most eye attracting thing on the page should be your content.

Also, have you considered having separate French/English versions of the website? The top logo is in English, but the rest is in French so I was kind of confused.

The slices you made for the four links at the bottom are a bit hard to manipulate. You should make them the size of the squares to increase clickability.
