Difficult Selections

Hi all,

I built 2 photo light boxes to take shots of my products for my website. The shots were taken with my iphone 4s, as it is the only camera I own. If you notice, my backgrounds are full of gradients with pink and green hues and the backdrop (poster board) has some marks and dents in it. I have not been able to mask the products to change the backdrop to a single color or even clean it up. I have about 200 photos to revise.

Could someone provide me with any advice on how I should proceed to make these images presentable?
