Specific Edit people from bottom of pic

I am wondering if the people at the bottom can be edited out. Someone tried for me but made the bars look all wonky and distorted, so I’m hoping someone who is savvy can help me out! Thank you so much!

Lemonhead ------ There are many issues with your edit. I think you might want to start a thread in the General Photoshop area and let us help you out with some cloning techniques.
