Specific Edit the beanie and his left hand

Could someone actually finish /Edit the top of the image? Is it possible to finish the "beanie" and his "left fist/hand" so that it looks natural and real??? I really need this sticker (I really wish his whole head was in the frame so that I could skip the process smh)

I already removed the background if that helps? I can post the original image if allowed...
