Specific edit the wrinkles on the dress please

Hello,
I love this one of my wedding photos but there are wrinkles at the left side of the photo on my sleeve (Where my arm and torso are beside each other ) that annoys me so much. Can someone help me with these wrinkles of my dress please?
I'm sorry for my english mistakes.
