Specific Edit to be the best Image

Sir,
These are my late father's picture. Which are not in good shape. I humbly request some among you to kindly make this image more realistic.
I want to make a big print to keep it on the wall.
I request you to edit photos of my late father to have a print out to fix on the wall.

Very sorry for your loss.
With such a small image it is difficult to make significant enlargements/improvements yet did my best. The attached image was enlarged 8X with some other enhancements.
If this were a 20 x 20 inch poster and only viewed at a distance of 3 feet or more (not uncommon for posters) I hope it is good enough to evoke good
memories of your father.
