I basically want to edit this video showing the amount of cash i have in GTA 5. If you see in the video I have attached the person has used to photoshop to show 999999999999999999999999 dollars, however i want it to appear as 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 dollars. I have used everything like duplicating the layer, layer masking and 24 9s next to the 24 9s already shown in the video, however when the person hovers his hand over his set of 24 9s, his hand appears over them, however in my case the 24 9s i have put appear on top of the person hand, which ruins the whole effect, what to do in such a case

Why should i(t) do that? I have neither an E: drive nor a corresponding directory and neither do I have the aforementioned mp4 file.
