A white (255) background is requested for most product photos that are to be used in eCommerce. Lighting the background and an item separately is the usual approach, but there’s always an issue if a product is reflective and or white and the issue becomes very problematic if the product is a spin; i.e., 72 images of a bottle rotating, for example. Although editing reflections and blowouts are doable it's uneconomical if they’re processed manually. Recording an action for editing one of such products isn’t helpful when it's run for another product that is a different shape and colors. I’d like to brainstorm or collaborate on a different approach to this challenge and would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
