My first thought is that something happened in the repair process possibly altering the Grain2Pixel configuration. I did a quick search and found no problem with the software itself it and it should work - and did work - with your version of Photoshop.
My suggestion is to uninstall G2P, restart Windows, and then install a fresh copy. Then check to see if you get the same error.
Others may weigh in with additional info...
