Since you are using a particular image in the videos, it would be helpful if you could share that image on an image sharing service (e.g. DropBox) to try and duplicate what you are seeing and see if we have the same results on other forum members computers and it would be easier to also determine what is going on. I would suggest that as the next step. The videos are quite helpful btw in getting your issues across.
