Eyes closed in picture can someone fix this?

Hello Everyone

I have a picture that I ruined by closing my eyes. I know this is probably something very simple to fix for you graphic designers I however do not have Photoshop nor do I know how to torrent. The best I can do is use paint (which is what I tried but it did not work ) If someone could do this for me, that would be greatly appreciated.

Without the image how would we judge? Also not knowing what you look like, another picture of your eyes open would be needed.
