Can someone overlay his face onto the Albert Einstein's face in the picture and keep it black and white?

Cant really twist heads around. Its difficult to swap heads/faces when they're in different positions. Be more workable if you had an image of your friend looking in about the same direction as Einstein or choose an image of Einstein that matches your friend's position.

As @JeffK says: A shift in perspective is very hard to achieve, but forgivable if the goal is a humorous picture which has obviously been manipulated for a joke.

On that basis, I've:
  1. Taken your friend's face
  2. Resized it
  3. Desaturated it and altered the brightness/contrast to more closely match the Einstein image
  4. Shifted the perspective
  5. Flipped the nose horizontally (again, for perspective)
  6. Added HSV noise to degrade it (making it match the Einstein image quality more closely)

If you want something that will look more realistic, then you're going to need to pose your friend.
