Fade away

not much to explain, just a friend who i have known for over 10 years....just screwin around on fb checkin out different pages and what not.

I missed your friend the first time I looked at this.

Sorry didn't realize she was hard to see, I'll fix that.
fadeaway.jpgthink its a little better now, but wanted to have it faded into the bricks

Have you tried different blending modes? Like hard light or multiply?

Personally, I thought it was pretty cool not to see her at first. I didn't either.

Second like from the first was much better for me to, like all good pieces of art you need to look to see what's going on sometimes.

no didn't try hard light or multiply. didn't think those would give me the effect I was going for. could be wrong lol

I completely agree with Clare! I liked the fact that I did not see her at first! When the wow moment came I was very intrigued! It's a great concept.

The caption on the first pic should have been .. " Spot my friend !!" .. :bustagut: .. // I was scrolling down and looking at the second pic I realized there was an image in the first pic too..

I agree about the first pic, it is hard to see her at first. Only reason I see it clearly is cause I'm the one who put it there. Kinda cool to make people do a double take on that image.

I was finally able to talk to my friend (whose pic was used in the above manipulation). I showed her the first one I did, but had added a blue gradient map to it. She loved it. I know cool story and all.
