fast way to make curved lines????

The Pen Tool montreal.
In the Toolbar it's near the bottom left side, and looks like a quill pen.
You use it pretty much the same way as you do in AI.
Difference is that to stroke your path in PS, just right-click the canvas and choose "Stroke Path...". Before doing this however, you should setup which brush you want to use for the stroke.
