Specific find that filter !

hey so my computer crashed and i lost the filter used to distort this image and i can't remember name of it to find it again !!
any ideas ?

Is it just the background that you want distorted, leaving the text as per your sample? If so and without a 'specific' filter and the text on a seperate layer, my first try in PSCC would be with Edit/Transform/Warp with the grid set at 5x5 and thereby control the distortions; or, maybe Filter/Distort/ZigZag will work?

hey gary cheers but neither warp nor zigzag will do this . its a 3rd party plug in that did this , i need to find that, cheers
