Specific Finger blur over camera

Hi there! Can anyone help with this? A nice lady took a family photo for me....and covered the lens with her finger!!!

It will help if you had more pictures from the same session if you don't...i don't see a good solution for this case.

That was a challenge! XDD I think the best option maybe, would be to try to relocate man on the second picture, but I want to see what I could get on your specific request.. this I what I could do with the picture you provided.

So you will have both photos. The angle of the horizon line was not a problem.
