I had McAfee Security Center installed on the PC. It ran out and I got 2007, tried to install it and it had an issue with something that it wanted me to repair. ( didn't tell me what it was ) ( didn't have the issue with 2006 ) So I got irritated and downloaded a trial of Panda. I uninstalled McAfee and ran a search to make sure I got everything, then restarted in safe mode and TRIED to install Panda. I got a message that I had to uninstall McAfee Firewall. I restarted again same message. I have nothing 'McAfee'on the machine. Anyone know what's happening? Thanks

It may have left a registry entry in there somewhere.
I`ve been using ZoneAlarm for a long time and am very satisfied with it.

Yep, leftover(s) in the registry. You need to get rid of them first to be able to install Panda.
