First free draw

This is my first attempt at using only the painting tools in photoshop, what do you guys think?

Nice. I suggest you work on the highlight circle. It's a little too much of a circle just stuck on. Give it a center inner glow in lightest blue or find a tutorial on making raindrops and tone it down to almost flat. Or you could filter it with a plastic wrap overlay. No, that won't work unless there is texture in the img. NM.

Anyway, it is just distracting. Might work if it were smaller or different shade. You could just try adding a little bit of shading to make it blend into the eyeball curves. Then change the blending mode and maybe opacity.
