Specific Fix a reflection

Good evening! Hoping someone here can work their magic. This photo of a Solitary Sandpiper has a nice reflection, except for two areas....the head, and the stuff interfering with the rock reflection on the right. Basically I want it to look clean. The reflection was in a puddle, and I guess there was some stuff floating in it. Is something like this fix-able? A bonus would be also cleaning up the white matter behind the rock, but I don't want to be too greedy I appreciate the edit!
