Eyes are never easy, but I will attempt it. I will only post result if it looks half decent.
Your second image is blurry and will not hep the first image in any way. As per forum rules, if you want another image fixed, it has to be requested in a new thread of its own.

I agree with @polarwoc... eyes are difficult to get right. I simply copied the good eye onto the squinty one. Not much else to be done.
I'm also attaching version-2 with some additional edits. I feel that the overall image is too saturated, so I toned that down. I also fixed a few other blemishes.
