From flat to shiny

I have a set of shiny images of world's nations flags and I want to extend this set adding some flags that aren't currently in the set. I have the flat images of the flags and I'm looking for a technique to make them shiny like others.

Here is an example:

FLAT -->> SHINY


Know anyone a method to make a flat image to look like a shiny image?

Adjustment layers...

Stroke 1px
With a gradient fill.

Inner glow

And also a white rectangle shape on the upper part of the flag at a reduced opacity.

Not sure of the exact settings, just booting Ps now to show you.

I'm back again. Seems I have to add more flags than I estimated initially and this is the source of my question. It's possible to record in photoshop specific actions? My thought is to apply (if it's possible) same set of actions on flat images to obtain same shiny effect.

If you are using the method suggested by Inkz, you don't need to record an action. Instead, simply save the settings as a "layer style". Click on the "New Style" button seen in Inkz's screen shots. You can then recall it whenever you need it.

I would like to use it but I think I may have a problem because the stroke gradient should be different for every flag, am I right? Or is there another way to make a shiny flag without gradients?
