Specific Frown to Smile please

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone could change my friends frown into a smile in this shot from my birthday party? The guy in the salmon colored shirt. Is this possible?

Anything but a frown or him not looking into the camera would be helpful, just want him to not draw your eye directly to him and him bring the mood down so much as I love the rest of the pic.
