Retouch Get rid of a crane and its bright light

Hi everyone,
brand new here because after a handful of unsuccessful tries, I ran out of ideas to achieve my editing... So looking for a free edit here!

I have a picture with a crane and what seem to be a bright blue advertising light on it. I've tried to get rid of them both with a few tools (patching and spot healing tools mostly) but I just can't help it... Can anyone erase the crane and its light?
