I'm back , with a new question :

I tried much to Creat something like that and getting same results but failed always [confused]

These things are popular now , like upcoming windows vista icons , etc.

I would love a tutorial about that. Thanx in advance .

You should search for "glass effects" there are some on the PhotoshopGurus website. Basically, create a custom shape, fill with white, lower the opacity, and add a gradient mask.
