Glossy look on rounded rectangle with pictures attached to it

I'm working on a sig but I wanna apply to the rounded rectangle in the background a glossy look. So how do I accomplish that with a good result? I can't use the normal techniques with how I create orbs cause that makes the colors look all weird on the pictures and doesn?t look good all.
