Today I have read an article some where. According to the article graphic design is basically some images which may look real or fake. Is it true ? If so then is there any necessity to spend money on graphic design if I want to build the site for seo purpose. As seo is nothing but to exploring the site to the world.

I may or may not understand the whole post, but from what I do get from it, I all sites need a form of design. not just coding / scripting. It bugs me to go to a site where you can see that the developers didn't care about making it appealing at all. I usually just move on and don't even waste my time. Sites should be appealing and user friendly with good scripting and layout. Both need to compliment each other. (But like I said, I may be misreading this post entirely.)
