Hi Amanda,
Apart from the tutorials here, Lynda.com is a really good resource for video tutorial on an enormous variety of topics and subjects including some pretty advanced Photoshop ones. There are some free ones so you can check them out and if you sign up it's only $25 per month with no minimum number of months.

I use lynda.com. It really is a great resource.
Don't forget the tutorial section right here on the forum; a lot of good stuff, but there's slao some not good stuff. So you have to judge.

What are you interested in doing? Look up the weekly challenges we did last year right here on PSG. Almost every one of them starts out with tutorial suggestions since they were more friendly learning and sharing than competition.
