I had some blurry photos I tried to fix on a photo enhancer, and they still need some work.
3 photos.
One needs a head swap from another photo, as the face in the photo is too blurred due to movement.
The other two are easy, they just require some fixing of textures (ie: even out the color of the sky, even out the color of a shirt)
