Say you have an image with words on it in a specific font.
How would you go about adding extra letters with the SAME font on the same image?
 
I am not 100% sure about your requirement and it would have been nice if you could have attached your image as well. But what immediately comes to my mind is a 2 major steps process:
1) Identify what font is used and if you are not 100% sure, use the "what the font" website. Upload a chunk of your image where text is placed and this website will help you to identify the font used on image.
2) Once you are done with identifying the required font and have installed this on your system, you will put your cloning and patch tool skills to induct the required character into the text.

Most likely, it won't come too easy for you to accomplish this but you will have to give it a try.
