Hello and help

hello everyone its been about 4 months since i started learning photography and photoshop
however what i really need now for my workflow is to start using presets , actions and texture or vintage... backgrounds
so any recommendations on where to find the above (for free or buy) and any tutorials on learning how to create the most usable presets for landscapes and portraits?
