Specific Hello! Could you please raise the neckline on this photo?

Hi! I really like this photo but because I’m leaning forward, the neckline on the dress is a little too low for my liking Would it be possible to raise the neckline of the dress a bit? I know it’s patterned so not really sure how doable it would be… I also quite like the original shape of the neckline so if it would be possible to raise the entire neckline by a little bit, I would really appreciate it! If you’re feeling generous I would also appreciate it if you could help smoothen out the hair flyaways! )

Here's a try. I can raise the dress even higher if this isn't enough.
