Just saying hello and nice little forum you got here. I'm a business Owner and a semi pro photographer. I used to pride myself on good photos that required no edits. That's until I stepped up to the professional level two years ago and had my eyes opened to some things.
1. I had a long way to go in my photography skill
2. Even though I still like photos that are untouched as much as possible, some effects are cool and very useful to sell yourself and your abilities.
I just started using Photoshop last year but have not really started in depth training until about a month and a half ago. I've used lightroom for about two years and prefer it for weddings and high output image events. I'm here to maybe improve the 1 or 2 extensive edits I do in that situation.
I have PS CS5 essential pack and I use from Adobe the following.
CS5 PS
CS5 Bridge
Lightroom 3.2
Hope to see you guys fairly often around here.
