Nope, it is a real sign. The photo was made in South Africa (along with a bunch more that were sent to me). Thought the forum might like a little humor

Why don't you help the poor guy out by producing a beautiful sign with elegant typography, beautiful beveled edges, an august frame and post it to wherever this came from.
