Help improving photo

Hi, new to forum and was wondering if anybody could help me.....replaced the head on the attached photo and would like to use this for an employee presentation. Any thoughts as to how I can make it look a little more real? The employees are going to know that it was photoshopped, but still would like to make it better if possible. I still feel the head is a little too bright.

Really we need the two separate images up here for us to have a look and determine whats what really.

The real one is the girl with the glasses and the photoshopped one is the other photo - we have made two attempts at it thus far. Thanks!

Same old story really mate, most people who put these type of requests up usually throw us poor quality images to go at, usually grainy/blurred out images lol.
Your problem is in that mate, you will only get something like, not an actual transformation that you aspire to.

The second person (face plant) is there no full image of that please?
Not promising much, as theres not much to work with.

Yes, I do realize the photo we are photoshopping is poor quality, but the person who gave it to us, only had an old file and I think it may have been an email / download copy with poor dpi. I do realize that is the big problem and we tried adding noise to the head photo.

This is what i am talking about, it's a ok image but no way will it ever look natural
