Help me replicate this editing style?

I love how this girl: dropsofautumn(.)tumblr(.)com/tagged/newedit edits her pictures on tumblr. She gives it like this 3d effects and uses weird pads ex. (dropsofautumn(.)tumblr(.)com/post/21415823461/jennifer-lawrence-appears-on-el-hormiguiero-april). Does anyone know what she's doing? What topaz clean settings she has?

I'm not sure if Topaz was used on the images.

Looks more like lowering the contrast and desaturating the color.

Let's see what the others have to say.

You can achieve this type of look by contrasting + desaturating + shifting darker values in the image towards red + lifting the blacks or the darker end of the range. Although i must warn you the results you get will definitely vary greatly depending on the type of image you use and the colors/contrast/lighting it has. But it should get you somewhere in the ballpark. EDIT: Is this anything like the kind of change youre looking for? If yes then i can send you the psd file if you want to have a look.
