Specific Help needed to photoshop photo to wind up mate .

Hey all,
Would anybody like to help to alter & compose a photo for me ?
I would like the younger guys head (with glasses ) to replace the models head & then her placed against the car , with Hilti still being shown on the side of car. It doesn't have to be perfect as it's for a bit of fun. Thanks in advance.

I made a try knowing that achieve a decent goal was impossible, at least for me.. but it was fun trying it XD.
