Paid Help needed with text from VHS screen-cap £5 paypal

I posted this in the free help forum but would like to give someone £5 for helping me.

Hello, I tried doing this myself but after a few hours totally messed it up. I really need this text re-coloured yellow (the black shading kept and re-coloured too) and the background removed from the text. So only the text is visible on a white background.

Will send anyone who does it £5 via paypal gift.
