Help needed with working an Epson GT 1500 scanner.

I have just started to use an Epson GT 1500 scanner and immediately met with a problem in that I can not work out how the preview function operates and as Epson don't appear to have a help forum I found this one.
Does anyone know how to work the preview function?

That document does not show me how to activate the Preview function.

are you using Epson scan software or scan to pc button if you download epson scan it will give you far more options and a preview

I've always had issues with their printers

I have since found out how to resolve the problem. Open up the Scanner desktop. Click onto Configuration, press the “Other” tab and then press “Reset all.
