Help opening transparent gradient

im trying to open this file in



but it opens in photoshop looking like this



they are both .PNGs and i know the first file is transparent.

does it have to do with uploading it to imageshak first?

somehow it did open well in Fireworks.

wow all you did was open it in fireworks then save it?

can you do it for this one as well



or explain what you did.

I opened it in Fireworks, then saved it as .psd file, opened it in PS and there saved it as .png .
