Batch Automation Help to automatically add a logo

In every work that i make, i like to sign it, with a small logo made by myself.
Hundreds of photos and that became a highly boring action to make.
I've tried to automatize this action but it works only if the photo is a certain size, how can i resolve that?

The problem is that if I try to create an action to automatically add the logo (add the logo-scale the logo-move it to the bottom right corner) , it won't work for every case, because if a photo is different by size, the logo will be put in a different position

Try to align the logo at the bottom right corner by selecting your image layer an the logo layer with active move tool - use the align buttons from the options bar
