Specific Help with 6 month old pictures of our son! My wife would greatly appreciate it.

I've got two pictures of my son that we took for his "six month old pictures". There were two photos my wife really liked but they have some minor flaws she would love to have removed but think can't be done. I'm hoping to surprise her with the help of a generous person who knows how to do this stuff.

In the first photo he has a small bubble of spit on his mouth. Is there any way to remove that?

In the second photo you can see the laundry basket through the blanket right side of my son due to the angle of the sun. Is there any way to remove the grid of the basket that you can see so that it is all darker as if the basket was one complete piece or so that it is all lighter like the basket wasn't there?

Much obliged for any who stop by and check this out or who take a stab at trying to fix that. Your help is much appreciated.
