Help with creating this shape

Create the rectangle .

Using the elipse selection tool create an elipse selection drag to the corner of the rectangle using the centre crosshair to snap to the corners. Delete the corner of the rectangle . Dont deselect. On a new layer, stroke the elipse selection. Don't deselect.

Repeat the steps above with the other corners.

Delete unwanted parts.

Hope this helps unless someone else has a better idea.... lol...

Sounds good to me.

Better than trying to figure the correct angles with the pen tool. Good luck with that, lol. I had a a go at something that required exact, repeating angles. Needed a mathematician!

I agree with the pen tool. Use shift when framing it out to keep your lines straight and clean then form the circular corners yourself with the pen tool. Then make the stroke. I actually JUST made one of these =)

Thats all well and good agent, but who knows how to use it properly here?

Don't know. I learned Ai before Ps, as I needed it for a job.

I realize the pen tool is aggravating, as many things are in Ai, but it's nice to have the exacting tolerances that you can't get in Photoshop.
