Specific Help with Lines

Can anyone clean the badge up and give it sharp lines?

Hope this is better. The best way to do something like this is in Illustrator using vector shapes, but I don't know Illustrator, so I did it in Photoshop by tracing your image with the Pen tool. I've attached the file as a PNG. PNG's (or equivalent) are better than JPEG's, which can degrade as they are repeatedly copied and saved.
