Retouch Hi, can anyone change the colour of truck?

I am not quite sure how to change the colour and make it look good on Photoshop as i just started using the software.

I just need to change the colour of the imagine and the text with the same/similar font.

I want the background to be white and a size of 500x500

The only thing it needs to be changed is the colour and the font and name into SRS LOGISTICS


This is how it should look like:
The truck:
Blue strip colour changed to Red
Yellow strip colour changed to Red
Red strip colour changed to Black

The trailer:
Red strip colour changed to Black
Yellow strip colour changed to Red
Blue strip colour changed to Black

The font I used is name "Lemon Milk" ... I believe it's the same as the original image
