Please help is it possible to highlight this tattoo so it is visible?

Are you talking about the marks on the shoulder or the blueish/black marks on the back? If its the shoulder the quick ans is yes. This was done in about 30 seconds using the burn tool set to shadows.

Having received some clarification from Mr. Baggins, I now know that this is a picture of a pig, not a person. So I have reopened the thread for the OP to copy BG's work and leave it open for anyone who thinks they can enhance the detail further.
