The best way to let you know what I want to do is to use a Paint function and get some help in translating that function to Photoshop CS5.
In paint using the pencil tool you can draw a line using the pencil. You can draw the line in the shape of an rounded rectangle with outline set to no fill. This gives you a rectangle with an outline of whatever color and thickness you choose. I am looking to do this exact same thing with Photoshop CS5 for the purpose of drawing a table outline. I know what to do in Photoshop CS5 to do this with a filled color but I cannot find a way to do it so I can have an outline that is not filled. I am sure I am looking right at it but I must be missing it. Thanks!
