How can i do background like this?

The image is too small to really tell, but I suggest looking at wall textures.

You can colorize them and add gradients/gradient maps, etc. These can be made from scratch using the noise filter but they don't look as good as the textures. You can also find texture brushes that work well.

1. Create new file
2. Create Gradient with colors you like, in the layers panel:



3. Add new layer
4. Edit > Fill and choose 50% gray
5. Filter > Noise > Add Noise


6. Set Blending mode to Overlay and adjust opacity

RESULT:
