How do you force photoshop to print pure black on HP printer?

I do screen printing, and I need my transparencies as dense and as black as possible. But suddenly, in one particular image, I cannot make my printer pure black from the black cartridge only. The image in photoshop is as black as it can be, but it prints faded black in the printer but the registration and crop marks along it are pure black.

Also, I checked the option vendor matching, printer manages colors, grayscale printing, high quality, best, BUT I CAN'T CLICK ON THE OPTION BLACK INK CARTRIDGE ONLY.

Nevermind. I figured it out. I don't know why it happened but this is what I did.

1. My layers with their "choked" stroke images are scattered in different layers. so I GROUPED THEM ALL into one layer.
2. Next, I click on Print, Print dialog box opened in Photoshop, I went to Color management, I clicked on Proof, then Color handling is set to Photoshop Manages Colors (since my images are all black at this point).
3. Proof setup is WORKING CMYK
4. Then I UNCHECKED SIMULATE BLACK INK. So that colors are going to be printed as dark as possible.

On the printer unit setting itself, I I coudln't set anything else since almost everything is greyed out. I was only able to set:
Paper type: US LETTER (for some reason it is not letting me choose transparency)
Quality: BEST
Ink volume: I maximized it a bit.

My printer by the way is HP 6500, I know it is not the most suitable printer to do screen printing transparencies, but as long as it works with simple images, it's okay with me. But soon I will upgrade to an epson printer to make things easier, when I am able to recover from the expenses from buying inks and screens etc.
