How do you have the same effect as this text in Photoshop?

I was messing around photoshop(blending options) when I made this
I can't quite remember how I did it but I have do it again. I tried messing again with the blending options and I just couldn't make the same effect. I used Photoshop CS3. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have no experience in Photoshop whatsoever

If you open up the .psd, you will be able to see what blending effects you need to create this.

Sweet, it worked! Thank you so much! I'll be saving my Photoshop files from now on and not just the image file.

Except I don't remember changing the 'Stroke' color to Black since mine is still set to Red. But this'll do, I guess. Thanks again!
