How does this happen? Weird background

Hi everyone, this never used to happen, does anyone know why when I expand the image horizontally and vertically all of a sudden I have a BLUE area around it? used to be that I didnt have any such thing and its really annoying me.....how do I get rid of this? Thanks

Hi Nexgrahics
It appears that your default canvas color was changed (I think)
Right click on the canvas and you should have a drop down of options of various gray levels as well as a custom color that you pick from the color picker.
If that is not the issue then say so and forum members will continue to track down the issue.
